Chinese New Year is on Tuesday 1 February and is also known as the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival. Come and celebrate with us.

Chinese New Year is celebrated at the second new moon following the Winter Solstice. This festival marks the end of winter and the beginning of a long-awaited spring and an occasion for generations of families to reunite and spend time together. This celebration is also believed to be significant to ensure good fortune for the coming year

Join us incentre for free family entertainment to celebrate the Lunar New Year on Saturday 5 February – Monday 7 February.

Saturday 5- Sunday 6 February
Decorate a lantern in our craft zone located next to WuCha

Monday 7 February
11am-2pm – Year of the Tiger activity sheets located in craft zone from 11am-2pm.
12:40pm – Lion Dance with talented EPAC performers commencing in The Square and moving into The Eatery.
