We have over 1,000 free car parking spaces including designated accessibility and parents with prams spaces. Customer car parking is available for up to four hours (P240), with express (P90) parking zones for convenience shopping. These are all sign-posted accordingly.
Our multi-level undercover carpark is accessible via Mahy Place or Ormiston Road/Hapori Lane.
Additional parking is also available on the surrounding streets; Mahy Place, William Ralph and Bellingham Roads and provides convenient access to external retailers.
Parking is limited to two hours (P120), 8am – 9pm daily.
The best parking for:
- Hoyts or getting a bite in The Eatery is via The Market carpark located off Mahy Place
- The Warehouse or New World is via the multi-level carpark off Ormiston Rd/Hapori Lane
Parking with Prams
To ensure shopping is easier for those with young children, we have provided designated ‘parents with prams’ parking spaces to give parents enough room to get in and out of the Centre comfortably.
Specially marked spaces are located close to the entrances of the Centre including The Market carpark located off Mahy Place and the multi-level carpark accessible via Ormiston Rd/Hapori Lane.
For your convenience, you will find disabled parking close to the entrances of the Centre.

EV Parking and Charging
Plug in your electric vehicle and charge for free while you shop.
In partnership with ECCA we have 20 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located around the centre. These can be found at the following locations:
- Pak’N Save carpark (6 carparks available) – located at the corner of Bellingham Road and Ormiston Road. Enter via Pencaitland Drive
- The Market carpark (6 carparks available) – located off Mahy Place
- Level 1 carpark (8 carparks available) – located off Ormiston Road. Enter via Hapori Lane
All users of the EV charging station need to provide their own charging cable to attach vehicles to stations. Charger connections are standard Type 1.
For your convenience bike racks are situated at selected entrances into the Centre this includes in ‘The Lane’ a pedestrian walkway accessible from Ormiston Road and in the undercover carpark on the ground floor by the Lift. Customers must provide their own bike lock.
Car parks are only for use by Ormiston Town Centre customers while visiting the centre.
An infringement notice may be issued if parking time limits are exceeded.
